HazTrain -- a woman-owned, small business -- was founded in 1983 to meet the growing training needs required under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Since then, we have diversified to meet not only the ever-expanding needs for environmental, health & safety training, but also specific problem solving for the hazardous materials management industry. |

HazTrain enjoys the reputation as an industry leader in EH&S training and environmental management services. Our team is dedicated to providing our customers with outstanding customer care, up to the minute regulatory services, and rapid response times. Our clients consist of large and small business and government agencies, primarily the Department of Defense. We currently have 5 long term multiyear government contracts plus a GSA Environmental Services Schedule (GS-10F-0143K) and a NAVSEA Seaport-e Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (N00178-07-D-5086) that allows participating military customers to simplify procurement, expedite purchasing, and reduce costs. Our staff consists of professional instructors, environmental and chemical engineers, biologists, chemists, toxicologists, industrial hygienists, career hazardous material technicians, and technical writers. We have dedicated, experienced and successful proposal writing capabilities. HazTrain serves both as a prime and subcontractor. We actively seek opportunities to team with other highly qualified environmental and engineering firms. |
